the location was great, being not far from the vaporetto stops. We were close to Venice centre, but away from the main tourist drags. the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. the room was cozy and clean, with a nice bathroom. the breakfast provided a variety of pastries, coffee, juice, and yogurt. there was a fan in the room which kept us comfortable during the stuffy days.
The double bed was a bit uncomfortable for me, as I prefer softer mattresses.
